Indian Lodge Resort offers a covered boat dock for fisherman, along with bait and tackle available at the store. Crappie, black bass, sand bass, and catfish are numerous in the Brazos River area. Carpeted boat slips can be rented for a small fee for the guests' convenience. Gas and oil are available for purchase by guests.

| Water clear; 6.49' low. Black bass are fair on watermelon red and watermelon/gold Rat-L-Traps, spinnerbaits, and deep running crankbaits near drop offs. Striped bass are fair on silver striper jigs. White bass are fair on minnows early and late. Crappie are fair on minnows and white tube jigs. Catfish are good on shrimp and stinkbait. |
